How I Work
If you have a problem with work or contracts, this is my approach to make it clear and workable.
I start by getting to the facts - what has actually happened, what matters, and what doesn’t. Most issues look more complicated than they are.
From there, I identify the key points that will influence the outcome. Not everything carries weight. I focus on what does.
I then test your position properly - including where it is strong and where it may be challenged. It is better to know that early.
Finally, I give you clear advice on your options, the risks, and the most practical way forward.
Why work with me
You deal directly with an experienced lawyer
Straight answers, not legal jargon
Focus on outcomes, not process
Clear view of risk before you commit
What happens next
You explain your situation
I assess it and tell you where you stand
We decide the best way forward
